Meneroka Alam Haiwan

Tajuk: Meneroka Alam Haiwan.

Haiwan (atau juga istilah lain seperti binatang dan fauna), adalah salah satu daripada hidupan yang terdapat di alam semesta. Haiwan terdiri daripada yang mempunyai satu sel hinggalah kepada yang mempunyai banyak sel.

Ahli sains mengkelaskan haiwan kepada dua kumpulan yang besar, iaitu haiwan bertulang belakang dan haiwan tanpa tulang belakang.

** Haiwan yang bertulang belakang disebut Vertebrata.

Haiwan tanpa tulang belakang disebut Invertebrata.

Haiwan juga dikelaskan menurut jenis permakanan mereka.

Haiwan yang memakan daging dikenali sebagai haiwan karnivor.

Haiwan yang memakan tumbuhan dikenali sebagai haiwan herbivor.
Haiwan yang memakan daging dan tumbuhan dikenali sebagai haiwan omnivor.
